Everything was fairly clean and great. Stayed in well laid out studio suite with a tub. We loved wake-up service available. The setting was fantastic, very close to hotel's convenient store, Close to restaurants and a major shopping mall. Furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

The hotel's location is favourable and excellent, close to shops as well as Detroit for a wedding. The employees are best and competent.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our romantic escape even more enjoyable. The room we stayed in was absolutely stunning and worth every penny. The bed was so comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. the location was perfect for us, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

We did have a few issues during our stay. The temperature in the room seemed to fluctuate a lot, going from too hot to too cold.

Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a refrigerator, tea/coffee making equipment and a seating area in the room. Great and incredible location, short way from everywhere. Fast check in and easy check out.

The best aspects of my stay were the well-lit parking lot and accessible luggage carts. It was so convenient being able to easily park my car and transport my luggage to and from my room. Additionally, the hotel's key location near the freeway was a major advantage. It made getting around the area and accessing nearby shopping and restaurants a breeze. Lastly, I really enjoyed the amenities provided in the lobby, such as the complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. It was a nice treat to be able to relax and sip on a warm beverage after a long day.

The worst aspect of my stay was the lack of attention to detail when it came to maintenance. The TV in my room didn't work and the fold-out bed was uncomfortable.

I came here for 1 night and had a really nice stay. Great value, room was immaculate, stuff where competent. The breakfasts were gorgeous with waffles, bacon and also yogurt smoothies.

Terrific and nice accommodation with EXCELLENT setting short walk to nearby shopping and restaurants, business center, and Michigan.
